"Lack of communication"

About: Baslow Rd, Shoreham St & York Rd Srgies

(as a service user),

I contacted the surgery on a Friday in November to renew my sick note. I waited all day until 17:00 then called again . I wasn't on any list and the receptionist was unsure if I would receive my note via text as before or the Dr would call.

An hour later, I received a text to say contact the surgery on the following Monday. 

On the Monday, I called the surgery 0800. Requested to speak to a Gp to have my sick note reviewed. After no text or call by 17:00 I contacted the Gp again and find I had been issued with a further note and needed to collect this now from the surgery .

It would have been nice to know this today what I needed to do.
