About: Crosshouse Hospital

(as a service user),

I brought my 7 year old daughter to Crosshouse for COVID 19 test, she was nervous but the lady who completed her test (I think her name was Theresa) was absolutely fantastic and made something which could have been a daunting experience, smooth and fun. Just wanted to thank her so much since I wasn't able to in these current circumstances. You were fantastic :)
