How delightful to have such a helpful receptionist today.
It certainly made a change from ones in the past. Not recently I may add.
It may of been 15 minutes waiting to get through but was well worth the wait.

Thank you for your kind comments. We have taken on 5 new members of staff to join the reception team all have customer service skills. They have only been here for a couple of months so still new to the job but are settling in nicely. I will pass your comments on.
