"Poor service, no empathy"

I had to wait 6 months for a virtual call with rheumatologist, when the D day finally arrived, it wasn’t a consultant but another interview with some support staff and now I need to wait two more weeks to maybe have a cal with a consultant. I’ve also been told a pelvic MRI to explore potential AS will be offered in the new year - meantime, the disease is probably spreading and my life is a nightmare!
