"Do not expect to be seen by a GP"

I have been requesting to see a GP at this surgery for over 2 months now. Filling in endless e-consultation forms for the same problem at least twice a week. Every-time I am referred or seen only by HCAs or local pharmacist. I understand we are in a global pandemic, however for a GP to not give a proper consultation is clearly a lack in duty of care to patients. This GP has a number of surgeries all practicing with the same procedures and cost cutting not seeing vulnerable patients and leaving them helpless with no medication to help with symptoms. I don’t know how the CQC rated this surgery. I believe all the reviews which are signed anonymous have been written by the staff working at this surgery, spending more time doing fake reviews then attending to those patients who desperately need help and medical attention.

The online e consultation form is very misleading as you would expect a doctor to contact you but this surgery has procedures in place where it’s only HCA or pharmacist that call you. I could easily go to boots to seek advise as per the message you had sent me with the cheek to say have a look at the options available at boots. If Boots was able to prescribe antibiotics I wouldn’t waste my time filling in endless e consultation forms.
