About: Outpatients Centre / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I felt a little trepidation before hand, this was quickly dispelled by David, the Charge Nurse carrying out the procedure, his assistant Rona and the observing student Beth.

David was friendly, informative and very efficient. 

Overall it was an enjoyable experience.
