"Attended for a minor operation"

Attended for a minor operation at FVRH Day Surgery, 1st Floor Ambulatory clinic area.

I can't praise the help and professionalism of both David and Rona highly enough. Despite the fact I was the last the patient on what was no doubt a long day for both staff,  I was really, really pleased with and very grateful for their care and professionalism throughout.

 Pre and post op verbal and written information was given, in what I thought was pitched at exactly the right level for me, was succinct but not overwhelming or overly technical in content and in a really reassuring manner considering  I probably wasn't taking every detail in given the circumstances. 

Best of all their skill in making light conversation throughout,  I found absolutely excellent at keeping my mind off matters under the local anesthetic while they still did such a great, skilled and important job at the same time, in a relatively short timescale/ time period available. I'm really grateful and thankful for all their help - cant praise them and the service highly enough. Thank you.
