"People centred, thank goodness!"

I have been with this practice for a number of years, and especially in the last year have found it highly efficient and helpful - communication is good, the staff are informative and helpful, and my GP is absolutely brilliant. I think any health service is swimming against the tide at the moment with Covid 19 ravaging other services, and the physical and psychological impacts being felt everywhere. The practice has done everything it can to stay functional and helpful, and as an NHS worker myself I know the pressure must be huge. My GP has been superb in supporting me through a tough period of stress and depression, and I am extremely grateful. this is the best practice I have been attached to in London. thank you
