"Lovely Practice"

River Wey has always been fantastic when I’ve needed it. Mainly for my children, we’ve never had a problem with accessing the right service, whether that’s a phone call from the GP, very prompt access to the Integrated Care Centre if same day appointment required or simply the Receptionist calling me back with a message. The receptionists are always polite and helpful and I’ve had very prompt replies to my online requests more recently. Most recently my Son had a very positive experience coming in for his nasal flu vaccination. As always staff were friendly and it was very geared towards making the child feel at ease. Despite the significant pressure they are all under due to the Pandemic this hasn’t impacted on the service and care received from the practice. Thank you.
