Had a prebooked routine review appointment but a more urgent problem cropped up on the day. I only expected the urgent problem to be dealt with but both were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Otherwise all staff have been lovely. Reception team/prescriptions/appointment booking a bit old fashioned and had some errors in types of appointment booked etc but all sorted out once errors spotted.
