Had shoulder replacement on 30th Oct 2020.
I stayed for 2 nights,and the staff were absolutely out this world. So helpful,friendly,and professional. From the nurses,both day and night shift,to the support staff that took great care and compassion for me. Was such an eye opener to find such caring people. Not as anyone wants to go to hospital,but if you do,East B1 is the place to be! Thankyou so much for looking after me.
