Care, compassion and competency..... all thoroughly demonstrated during my appointment with Sister Nicky and her assistant. Attended my appointment 2 weeks ago, A really difficult procedure but the care and compassion was exemplary. Thank you for your patience. You really made a difference.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback following your recent visit to the Hysteroscopy clinic in Gynaecology Outpatients at Lincoln County Hospital.

I will ensure your positive feedback is passed onto our Nurse Hysteroscopist Nicky and the nursing team.

Feedback is always welcomed by the team as we are all passionate about providing an excellent patient centred experience for those referred to our clinics, and feedback helps us to know both when we are getting things right, but also where we can improve.

It is therefore really rewarding when the comments received are positive, and shows that we are demonstrating the caring compassionate care we strive to given and that we are reflecting the Trust values and behaviours that we are committed to.
