Just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful care I received when admitted at the end of August for my C Section.

The theatre staff were absolutely amazing - special thanks to Claire the obstetrician, Laura the anaesthetist with the consultant Karen who were all lovely, reassuring and kind during the operation and the ODP who’s name I can’t remember (sorry) who got me an ice cube to suck when my mouth was dry and a damp paper towel for my head- little things that made a big difference to how I was feeling.

Once on ward 211 the fab midwife Chloe was so caring and supportive overnight, walking my baby round to help settle him and the CSW Catherine who encouraged and helped me to get up and showered which made me feel great and definitely helped me recover and get home quicker.

A really positive experience throughout the whole 24 hours! I cannot thank you all enough for looking after me and safely bringing my son into the world.

Dear EPAS Patient

Thank you very much for your email advising us of the wonderful care you received when you were admitted in August for a Cesarean Section.

I will pass on your thanks to all the staff in theatre and in ward 211 that you have so kindly taken the time to mention.

I am delighted that you had a really positive experience and hope you are settling into family life with your new baby.
