"cancelled four surgery appointments "

I was meant to have a septoplasty surgery but spire cancelled them on four occasions. First appointment surgeon was not available, second appointment lockdown, third appointment anaesthetist didnt have a COVID test (i was informed the evening before surgery), fourth appointment no anaesthetist was availble (i was informed the day before). I took time off work had to isolate and have COVID tests before surgery which was a waste of time. I really thought this would be a good hospital to have my traetment at but i was mistaken.
