(as a relative),

My mum recently unwell was referred to Hospital at Home. My mum and all the family wish to pass on their thanks and appreciation for the care and attention received from all Hospital at Home medical, nursing and admin staff and ongoing care from physio and occupational therapist. An excellent service very grateful to all.
