(as a service user),

I rang the self -referral section of the cardiac investigations unit on the advice of a GP friend. Within three hours I was seen by Janet - assessed, ecg, bloods all done in a professional and friendly way. I was put totally at ease and more importantly reassured.

I feel that I was listened to and taken seriously by the triage nurse in the Cardiac Unit in Omagh and then by Janet.

Given the worry around covid I also felt safe in the clinical environment. 

A first rate service
