"Poor Miscarriage Care"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital

(as the patient),

Horrible care, they told me that they would support as every miscarriage needs support then refused to do so. I had to collect a prescription from the jasmine ward in maternity so I called in the morning to let them know I'd be coming around 4pm, and on the call I asked if I could get a memorial box to help me cope which they agreed to. However, once I arrived on the ward and picked up the prescription, I asked about it again and was told there isn't evidence of a miscarriage and I didn't contact them so enough so I can get the memorial box which left me devastated. I had tried to contact for days beforehand as I could tell something was wrong and I had no answer.
