"Botched surgery"

Opted to have both eyes improved to get 20/20 vision. one eye has permanent floaters, other eye is now constantly infected and still cannot see properly. Consultant dropped a lens down the back of my eye during standard op, resulting in them having to bring in a surgeon to fix it by making an incision to retrieve said lens while I am still on the table.
