Having had emergency surgery in these difficult pandemic times I felt scared and vulnerable with ongoing symptoms. The Gp I spoke to was extremely helpful, organising support at home, follow up and reassuring words. The empathy he showed went a long way to helping my recovery which I now feel well on the road to. Really impressed with all aspects of advice and his obvious expertise and felt confident that I would be able to access follow up should I need it
