Admitted for revision surgery for a complicated fracture. From the moment I walked onto the Elective Surgery Unit the care was outstanding. The staff were friendly, professional and genuinely caring. From the porters and phlebotomist to the nursing and medical staff, irrespective of grade or position. Absolutely outstanding. Incredibly impressed after the sub par care received at another trust If it can happen at QMC it can happen anywhere. The staff seem motivated and dedicated. Thank you! ! !
