"Amazing care"

The care my Mum received during her recent stay in the Acute Frailtly Ward was outstanding.

The staff kept us up to date with how Mum was getting on and her sister was able to speak to her over the phone, which reassured her.

Also the care and consideration of the wider team was excellent, thus includes the OT department and the discharge team who worked tirelessly to find accommodation for Mum who is unable to at home at the moment.

Thank you so much for all you care especially at this difficult time with the added complications of COVID.
