"My sons surgery"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Paediatric Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

My young son was looked after brilliantly on the children’s ward at Dr Grays both before and after surgery on his broken elbow. Staff made sure we were both well looked after and nothing was any trouble for them. He was well supplied with toys to keep him occupied during the long wait for surgery and all the staff were lovely.

Dear Mum of Patient

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback following your son's surgery at Dr Gray's for his recent broken elbow. A good hospital experience is so important for children and the staff endeavour to provide this to the best of their ability. I hope your son is not too restricted with his sore arm and is on the mend.

The staff will be delighted to see this feedback and I will ensure they receive a copy.
