"Poor service"

About: WestMARC (West of Scotland Mobility and Rehabilitation Centre)

(as a service user),

I received very poor service and am very disappointed with the service I received from WestMarc with regards to fixing my wheelchair.  The first operative turned up with the wrong batteries which set us back a while,     he also left the wheelchair set in the wrong position.   He would not acknowledge this.  When I phoned customer services they informed me there wasn't much they could do as it was Friday afternoon and they didn't offer service over the weekend.   To me this is totally unacceptable.   I knew what the problem was and knew with the right equipment it would be an easy fix.   However, they were happy to leave me without the proper use of my wheelchair.   In the end my son-in-law was able to sort it out for me, so that I had use of my much needed wheelchair.
