"I do not have any faith in this service"

I feel that staff have mistreated and insulted me and my family. I do not have any faith because the service is so un-genuine and seems to be run very badly. They are so not bothered about me as a patient.

I have also witnessed others being mistreated and misled, where they treat people in the community in a degrading manner. There are also students who are not experienced enough to deal with complex issues. The duty staff seem unable to even note or relay information correctly to clinicians and the patient's records can be full of errors.

I see no point with these people, they have not even tried to understand my problem. It's as if they simply cannot be bothered and later pretend as though they tried to help me. The sad thing is that these people who made assumptions and judged me, then wrote all types of things on my health record. I will not engage, go private if I can afford it or ask for help from people that I can trust.
