"Terrible "

My review has disappeared. Left without medication for days. Contacted gp ask for phone call as my symptoms worsened and tried to get and prescription but was rejected because it was to early. Anyway I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks personality disorder. Gp said my phone was engaged no message left nothing. So I call back and they said they cant get hold of me. So I ask what I should do and was just told gp wouldn't lie but I said I hadn't received a call. So they put me down for another call bye this time my anxiety was through the roof still no phone call. So I rang again same apparently my phone was engaged. So I said must be technical what can we do. She said nothing we cant get hold of you. Then I phoned my phone company they said a private caller has been trying to get a hold of me. Ok so that was the problem although I told them on several occasions my phone doesn't accept private calls and I dont answer private calls as it's a trigger for me I was just ignored and left without medication. I mean the reviews dont lie the staff a rude even when it was busy I'd use a different gp doc to only get told on appointment to stick with my usual doc but I said tears not always possible. And before I no it another patient walks in as gp called them in a just finished my 3 min appointment that I waited for four weeks. Terrible place
