"Great care"

About: Maybush Medical Centre

It was observed as soon as I moved away from my car in the car park that I was using 2 sticks to aid my walking. I was called and beckoned forward by a gentleman saying he would fast track me. I was taken into the practice waiting room by the shortest possible route and guided to a chair. There were 2 people having their vaccination by the nurse nearest to me, but as soon as they were on their way the nurse asked me to come forward and sit in the chair in front of him. After giving me my flu jab he then helped me to get my cardigan and coat sleeves back on, and aided me in collecting my belongings before sending me on my way. I was very impressed by the care I was shown, and delighted by it.

Thank you for your kind feedback! :-) Our staff have worked extremely hard to understand the operational aspect of delivering this large scale programme which has turned out to be the biggest and most comprehensive flu campaign in history! Our plan recognised the additional needs of our less mobile patients. Thanks again for taking the time to share with us your experience.
