"Excellent care"

Mother had day surgery Saturday 17th. From being greeted by a polite and helpful volunteer Tracey who helped my mother and spend that time to settle her nerves and go out her way to reassure mom who was also nervous about her visit especially during the pandemic. Thank you for what you do you treated mom with such care. Thank you to staff on day surgery mom said you where all very professional and caring and fingers crossed the surgery was a success.   Keep up all good work from the front door to the ward staff and surgeons.
