"So quick and helpful"

My face masks to use with my nebuliser deteriorate after several months of use.  I am currently under the care of the Respiratory Consultants, who are doing a marvellous job controlling my COPD.

I have before just turned up at the Physiology Unit and asked for the masks, which have been supplied without hesitation.

This time, due to the Coronavirus situation, I e-mailed the department to request replacements.  Within around half an hour Steven rang offering to send them by post, or they could be collected anytime during the day.  I opted to collect.

But what service - so quick and helpful in such difficult conditions.
