We understand that not having face to face contact can be difficult. The fact that you found the telephone contact beneficial reinforces the importance of rapport and communication skills and the willingness to engage in all intentions on offer. We have learnt through offering different interventions due to COVID 19 how rewarding they can be. This gives us the opportunity to be more creative and innovative with how we can support all kinds of individuals.
