"Terrible booking system & bring a stool to sit…"

Very long waiting times to get through. What is the point of having a queuing system on the phone informing you of your turn when also this is not reliable. During my half an hour wait I was at some point number 2 in the queue and went was downgraded to number 3 and at some point I was number one and then suddenly I was number 2. Also, when I asked one of the doctors why they cannot fix their reception area so that people (limited capacity spaced out) can sit instead of waiting outside, standing under the rain he told me that they are waiting for partitions for the receptionists! How long could that possibly take when most shops have already put this in place? Shouldn't that be a priority so that people (who are sick obviously), some are elderly, some have back problems, can sit? Terrible.
