"The worst admin/reception ever"

They are awful. I call at 11am and I am 20th in the queue. Each call seems to last half an hour, so I waiting on hold, literally for hours. I will then get disconnected because the surgery is closing down or they hang up when it's time for their break. They never send my prescription to my nominated pharmacy either. I don't believe that each call they are taking lasts for half an hour, they are doing something so as to not answer calls. I called now at 17:00 and started as number 10 in the queue, it's 17:32 and I am position 8. At 18:00 they will hang up and close the surgery. I was on hold for to hours this morning and now I will be on hold until 18:00. Yesterday I was on hold for 1.5 hours and got cut off when their lunch break was due. They are unprofessional and inhumane.
