"Fantastic prompt treatment"

I attended the Minor Injuries Unit having had a nasty fall from my bike - and had a deep gash on my elbow and various cuts and grazes on my hand and leg.

I was seen immediately and the Nurse Practitioner who saw me was fantastic - giving me local anaesthetic and then cleaning and stitching my wounds and applying iodine dressings, all the while, taking time to reassure me and explain what he was doing.

SO impressed with the prompt treatment, expert care and the way in which I was looked after throughout my visit.
