About: Victoria Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I was referred to surgeon October 2019.

Had my initial consultation in Jan 2020 and pre assessment also in Jan.

My op cancelled in May 2020.

New date 20th Oct 2020.

Home today.

From start to finish my treatment has been first class. From the consultants secretary(who had  a few phone calls),pre assessment twice because of delay and   The Vic Kirkcaldy -Ward 10 i cant thank them enough for the care i recieved and how nothing was too much trouble even silly questions.

Thank you for taking the time to post on care opinion. It is great to hear that the treatment you received was 'first class' from start to finish. It was unfortunate that your first scheduled procedure was cancelled due to Covid-19 however I am happy that you have now underwent your procedure and are at home recovering.
