"Unfit for purpose"

Disgraceful service. During a mental health crisis completley dismissed during two separate appointments by two separate ‘professionals’ receptionist also complicit. Do not trust this practice your health and well being dependent on it. Never again will I risk my families health on asking for help from this surgery. Seems to be the culture there “not listening” If you want a nurturing professional practice please walk in the other direction until it’s well out of sight. Useless, incompetent and completely unacceptable. Would rather have no surgery than that one. Never again
