About: The Dekeyser Group Practice

Yesterday (22.10.20) I was on hold for over an hour and due to me being at work I had to put the phone down. Then today (23.10.20) I called again and was on hold for over 30 minutes as soon as it was my turn to talk to the receptionist the phone was put down on me. I phoned again this time on hold for 25 minutes to be told there isn’t any telephone appointments left and to ring back at 2.

Please accept our apologies after your recent contacts with the surgery and that initially you were unable to get through and when you did there were no appointments available for you to book that day.

We have a very high volume of calls and are aware of the problems with our patients trying to get through and we are trying to address these issues with our telephone system. We are also working hard on re-programming our appointment book to fit the needs of our clinicians and patients.
