Having gone to the dentist, I was referred to go see a specialist at Kings Treatment Centre.
I was contacted by the hospital later the same day with an appointment slot 2 days later - great service.
On the appointment day, all staff I encountered were kind, respectful and professional. Waiting time was only several minutes and the consultant, Mr A Kumar, with his assistant, were reassuring, calming, provided good explanations following the examination, and I left with a smile on my face within 15 minutes or arriving.
Overall an excellent service and my thanks to everyone who helped throughout the process.
