Today I visited the children’s outpatients department with my daughter. The service was outstanding from reception staff to the nurse who did a few checks before taking us through to see the doctor. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, genuinely cared and made me feel at ease. I could not have asked for anything more from our appointment today and am so pleased we have this fantastic service for my children so close to home.
