Brilliant A&E Turnaround!

(as the patient),

Just got back from some excellent treatment at NHS Tameside! I went to A&E due to a hand tendon injury at 11.30am, and left the hospital at 12:50pm! In that time I had an efficient A&E check-in, an assessment from the EMP team, an X-Ray, and then was treated and patched up by the EMP team again by the excellent Jo!

I was dreading waiting around for hours and hours for such a small injury, but the new EMP team seems to be a great addition and cleared the way & the waiting rooms for more serious treatments to take place. An hour and 20 done and dusted - Really well done!
