Yesterday, for the second time this year I have benefitted from excellent care from the Dermatology teams in Forth Valley. Initially through my appointment at Stirling Community Hospital and most recently at my visit to the BAU Surgical Skin Team at FVRH.
Every single contact with staff has been excellent - Kenny (Reception) / Rosemary and Brenda in Stirling and yesterday Kirsteen and Angela at FV. Staff are very professionally relaxed, very personable and inspire confidence that treatment will be effective. All treatment is explained clearly step by step and then carried out with exceptional efficiency. Follow up too is clearly explained. All in all a wonderful service - everyone is a credit to the NHS.
