About: University Hospital Monklands / Gastroenterology (Ward 10)

(as a relative),

Following the death of my wife at the beginning of October, I would like to express appreciation and my heartfelt thanks to the staff of Ward 10 for their care and compassion at that dreadful time. Their guidance and assistance went far beyond their professionalism, to a level of humanity which was greatly welcomed by my children, and will remain in our memories for ever.

Firstly I would like to offer my condolences on the passing of your wife. It is so kind of you to take the time to share your feedback about the care your wife received within ward 10. They strive as a team to deliver person centered care to all of our patients and this is of course of the upmost importance during when patients are dying and what we know will have been a very upsetting time for you and your family. I will ensure that this lovely feedback is shared with the team involved and once again thank you for taking the time to feedback- it means a great deal to our staff to hear that their care helped you and your family at this difficult time,
