"trying to contact my medical practice"

About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde

(as the patient),

For the last four months I've been trying to contact Spring Park Medical Centre with No reply. I'm forwarded on to 111.  This is off putting and left me disgusted in the service.

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you are experiencing with contacting Spring Park and for the distress that this has caused.

I appreciate your reply. Haven't seen my phycologist from Springpark medical centre, since March. Sometimes things get bad, especially now I'm having physical problems, have to go to Stobhill, The Royal have to have M.R.I scan. The doctor knows me well. Appreciate your help.

We would want to be able to help you access the right service. Can I just check if it is Springpark Community Mental Health Team that you are trying to contact as there is also a Springfield Medical Centre? The telephone number for Springpark Community Mental Health Team is 0141 211 7000 Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Out with these times calls are rediverted to the appropriate services. If you need urgent you can call NHS 24 on 111. If you just want to talk with someone, then the following organisations can help.

Samaritans - 116 123 (freephone) Breathing Space - 0800 83 85 87 (freephone)
