"Care of my father"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as a relative),

I would like to thank Johnathan one of the nurses On the ward. He was able to help Me FaceTime My father who I have had no visual contact with for about four days, I was becoming increasingly worried as I only had verbal contact with him and he didn’t sound well but seeing him has given me some reassurance Thank you for making that possible as a family we really appreciate it. I hope it is noted how caring , compassionate and Fantastic nurse you are.

I feel you went above and beyond Thank you so much.

Our staff always strive to deliver safe, personal and effective care and it will be a pleasure to pass your thanks on to the team and Johnathan so they have the opportunity to see how much you appreciate the care and service they provide.
