The service at the endoscopy unit was excellent. The whole team was working well together. They communicated everything really well, and ensured everyone was comfortable and reassured. The team doing the procedure were very skilful, kind and again explained everything clearly. My dignity was a top priority. They made an unpleasant procedure much more bearable.

George my named nurse, Alison the ANP deserve an extra level of thanks. Thank you!
