"Fabulous Experience- Day Surgery"

I attended the Day Surgery Clinic at Rochdale Infirmary for a prolapse operation on 1st September 2020 since the clinic at my local hospital, Salford Royal, was not Covid free. I must say, I had reservations about going to Rochdale since I had been for surgery at Salford Royal Day Surgery before. How wrong I was. The day surgery clinic at Rochdale was absolutely amazing. What struck me the most was how accommodating all of the staff on the ward that day were towards me. Nothing was too much trouble. They were courteous, polite, friendly,efficient, organised and extremely professional, right up to the time I left in the afternoon.This was so refreshing to see, especially at this difficult and stressful time. I can't believe I originally had reservations about going to Rochdale, I would definitely go for future day surgery. Brilliant department with great staff. Thank you x.
