Made an unexpected and emergency visit with an acquaintance whose treatment far exceeded the time expected and who had no mobile phone with which to stay in contact. Volunteers could not have done more to keep me updated with her progress and return her to me when treatment complete. Kind, compassionate, diligent and thoughtful. Well done all.
