(as the patient),

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the day surgery staff on the ground level of Edinburgh royal for their care and attention they give each and every patient my nurse was called linty who is totally dedicated to her job and the care of her patients  and my surgeon and the theatre team were amazing  so to you all I thank you from the bottom of my heart failure heart  xxx
