"Minor Injuries Unit"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

FANTASTIC

Sunday night 4 October. Went to the pharmacy who won't come out to see me. Arrived and 45 mins later left with a moon boot as I had fractured my ankle.  Special thanks to JAN who was extremely professional and looked after me.  She made me feel extremely calm and informed at all times.

NHS A WONDERFUL SERVICE, thank you

Dear MRS-E

Thank you for your feedback which is very much appreciated.

I'm delighted to hear that your experience was positive when you attended our Emergency Department on Sunday night. It must've been a stressful time for you.

I will pass on your praise to the department and in particular to Jan who will be pleased to hear your lovely comments. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our service users at all times and I'm glad you felt we managed to this.

I do hope that you are feeling better soon.

Take Care

Kind regards

Carol
