We have now left the Horsley area and wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Horsley Medical Centre for the care and support we have received over the past 25 years. We have never felt less than well treated by the team and there has always been a strong commitment to listen and help us.
We recognise that these are extraordinary times and are therefore so grateful for the commitment and care our NHS has provided. Horsley Medical Centre has been our first stop for 25 years and so thank you to all the team.
Our departure is thus tinged with sadness that we will have to look for a new GP in West Sussex.
