About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

Told my surgery by Colorectal surgeon cancelled due to not knowing if the Gynaecology surgeon is back of sick leave it took me 30sec to find that yes he was but no l couldn't have the surgery as planned as they had given my slot to someone else this surgery was originally booked for last March and if only the surgeons were truthful and admitted to my face they don't want to operate on me as risks are high perhaps l would accept the situation but no they just keep arranging appointments then cancelling and me turning round and saying l won't have the surgery I'm just left in the same pain and discomfort l have been in since last October 2019 to this day October 2020

Thank you for providing your feedback regarding the cancellation of your surgery. I am very sorry to read that more effort was not made to establish whether the Gynaecologist had returned to work and that this meant cancelling your surgery. I will pass on your feedback to the Directorate Manager.
