This surgery is the worst surgery I’ve ever had to deal with they leave items out of repeat prescriptions I am for ever having to chase up when Certain medication has changed you can never get through on the phone consultant at Portsmouth hospital has requested a change of prescription tablets this was over a week ago still nothing from surgery you have one department for the secretary you have one department for the reception you have another department for prescriptions and they don’t operate untill 1 o’clock my mother is 86 years old

Needed her new blood pressure tablets over a week ago. Can’t get through still waiting disgusting
